Criminal Legal Aid : Consultation on the Fee Payment Protocol

The Bar's Carter Response Group has finalised a Fee Payment Protocol which is designed to ensure that, where work on a case is undertaken by more than one advocate, payment is made in a fair and disciplined way by the 'instructed advocate'.
