Statement of AimsIt is the aim of the Continuing Education Committee to arrange
NEW PRACTITIONERS' PROGRAMMENew Practitioners are required to undertake a minimum of 45 hours of CPD in the first three years of practice
ESTABLISHED PRACTITIONERS' PROGRAMMEAll Established Practitioners are now required to complete 12 hours of CPD per year.
PUPIL TRAINING

It is the aim of the Committee to provide specialist courses in Advocacy and Advice to Counsel to Northern Circuit pupils.

CHAMBERS' MANAGEMENT COURSESThe Northern Circuit will also provide courses of relevance to barristers and clerks involved in chambers' management on various topics from time to time.
