Richard Marks QC is new Circuit Leader
Criminal silk Richard Marks, QC is the new Leader of the Northern Circuit.
Richard, a criminal silk based at Peel Court Chambers, thanked the immediate past Leader, Michael Redfern, QC for his tireless efforts over the past three years. Thanks also went to Gerard McDermott, QC who has retired from the role of Treasurer, this position being assumed by David Stockdale, QC.
