Resilience and Wellbeing Training - Block Two

Tuesday 25th November 5:30pm-7:00pm – How do we take care of ourselves? In this final session, we look at how to identify the risks of vicarious trauma and burnout, practical ways for protecting ourselves against these conditions and how to prepare for and decompress from exposure to difficult situations and content. We will also touch on therapeutic supervision/reflective practice and what it can do for you.
